Samsung has finally announced the next Galaxy Unpacked to showcase their next generation of smartphones.
According to a tweet by Samsung US, the next Galaxy Unpacked will be held on 25th February at 9pm EAT (local time).
“Join us at Samsung Galaxy Unpacked on February 25, 2026 to discover how easy and effortless your day can be with Galaxy AI. Keep watching this space for more Galaxy Unpacked updates,” the tweet said.
The video accompanying the tweet did not reveal much about the upcoming smartphones but it did reveal that it will be all about AI. The ✨ emoji has been colloquially used as the official mascot for anything GenAI and it seems that Samsung has a lot of AI tricks to show us in two weeks.
I don’t expect anything new coming to the S26 series judging from the rumours swirling around about the 2026 Samsung flagships. The Galaxy S26 might still retain the same form factor and camera specs sans the yearly SoC upgrade since the S22. The S26 Plus might still retain it’s title as the phone that makes people opt for the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The most interesting phone of the bunch, the S26 Ultra, might still be a Galaxy S25 Ultra with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite and nothing else.
Other devices we expect to be launched in the next Galaxy Unpacked include the next generation of Galaxy Watches if they decide to move away from the August release.
