Google Assistant, the intelligent personal assistant found on Google’s Pixel smartphones (and now, LG’s new G6 smartphone) is coming to a lot more devices running Android soon.

According to Google, devices running recent versions of Android, Marshmallow and Nougat, will be getting Assistant in coming weeks starting with those whose English-speaking owners are located in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Germans will also be getting Google Assistant in German.

More languages are expected to be added in the course of the year.

Google’s plan is to make Assistant available on every device on its Android platform. “Our goal is to make the Assistant available anywhere you need it,” says a statement from the company announcing the news.

Google Assistant on Android Wear, Google’s wearables platform based on Android, with the latest update and besides smartphones, it will also be coming to cars (Android Auto) and television sets (Android TV).
