In keeping with the trend it started last year of a January unveiling of its flagship smartphone series, the Galaxy S, Samsung is set to do the same this year.
January 22 is the select date for the first Samsung Unpacked event of the year.
Usually, there are two such events, one at the start of the year where the Galaxy S series headlines the event and another at the start of the second half of the year where the Galaxy Z series, which comprises the brand’s foldables, takes centrestage.
While we might not know for certain everything that Samsung has up its sleeve come next week, going by what’s happened at Unpacked events at this time of the year in years gone by, we know for certain that we will get to see successors of the Galaxy S24 series. And there should be more. Probably some other gadgets as well. Definitely, we’ll also get to see a new lineup of accessories to go with the new devices.
There are a lot of rumours left, right and centre regarding what will and won’t make it to the new Galaxy S series but, we are not so far from getting the confirmation we need.
