Google Assistant now supports typing input, allows users to easily view query history

Google Assistant

Well, that did not take long.

Just the other day, Google promised us that we would soon be able to make queries on Google Assistant by typing.

It’s already rolling out.

Google also promised us that it would simplify the process of viewing our Google Assistant query history.

That, too is, already happening.

While the process I previously outlined still works, it’s no longer that necessary.

That is not all. Now, going forward, all the queries made to Assistant won’t disappear the moment you close it. You will be able to scroll up and see past queries and the responses from Assistant. This is very important since I always ask Assistant for Premier League match fixtures then forget and come back to ask again.

More power to you, El-Goog.
