These are the Huawei smartphones scheduled to get EMUI 10 (Android Q)

Android Q is upon us. Soon, the latest version of Android will be made public.

As such, device makers are in a rush to make public their plans for updating the many devices they’ve released over the last year or two that will be making the jump to the latest software.

One of those is Huawei which today unveiled EMUI 10, its latest effort at customizing Android to suit both its needs as well as those of users of its devices.

While the company was quick to reveal that its flagship smartphone series, the P30, will be getting EMUI 10 early next month on stage at the Huawei Developer Conference, it didn’t delve into the specifics of the other devices that will also be making the jump to Android 10. As such, while we know about which devices the company tentatively intends to update, we don’t have a timeline of when users of the said devices outside China can expect it.

In China, users of devices belonging to the Mate 20 family (Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X and Mate 20 RS Porsche Design) can expect it towards the end of September.
