Xiaomi is gearing to launch the Redmi Note 13 series in Kenya.

Per information we have from Xiaomi Kenya, the launch will take place locally on January 31st February 10th.

“Redmi Note 13 series promises to transcend the boundaries between mid-range and flagship smartphones, delivering an extraordinary blend of durability, user experience, and imaging prowess – all at an iconic value that sets a new standard in the industry,” Xiaomi Kenya says in a statement.

More details on the launch, including how you can follow it online, are being shared on the Xiaomi Kenya Facebook page.

The Redmi Note 13 series will take over from the Redmi Note 12 series that Xiaomi launched in Kenya in May last year.

The Redmi Note 13 series, which was launched by Xiaomi in China back in September last year (when it also launched the Xiaomi 13T series), only started rolling out internationally at the start of the month and Kenya is one of the early markets to get it as part of that international rollout.

The series comprises a standard Redmi Note 13, a Redmi Note 13 Pro and a Redmi Note 13 Pro+. We will get to know which variants we are getting in Kenya at the local launch.

Update: The launch date has been moved to February 10th. This article has been updated to reflect the same.
