Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S24 FE in Kenya. Priced at Kshs 86,995 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version, this phone is jam-packed with features that scream high-end performance without burning your wallet too much. However, at this price point, one might be tempted to look the standard Galaxy S24’s way.

After teasing fans for a whole week, the South Korean giant has finally unveiled the new device, making it available for purchase across various retail outlets, including Samsung’s own shops and online channels. You can now also buy the phone directly from the Samsung Kenya website — a first for the company, which used to make customers buy offline. This time, they’ve partnered with Samsung Brandcart and Jumia for smooth online shopping.

Interestingly, there’s a 256GB variant listed on the Samsung website, but it’s not available in stock yet with official retailers. For now, we’ll have to make do with the 128GB version — unless you can wait.

If you’re looking for a phone that lets you game like a pro, capture Instagram-worthy pics even in low light, and binge-watch your favorite shows in stunning clarity, the S24 FE’s got your back. Here’s a breakdown of the specs that make it tick:

What’s new for Kenyan Samsung shoppers?

What’s new and exciting is that Samsung is finally stepping up their online retail game in Kenya. On top of in-store purchases, you can now buy the Galaxy S24 FE directly online from the Samsung Kenya website through their official partner Samsung Brandcart. However, Jumia, which also popped up as a retail option on Samsung’s site, is not an option for now. Phone Place Kenya, another local partner, also has the phone in stock going for a pricier tag of Kshs 89,000.

Whether you’re planning to upgrade your old phone, looking for a snazzy gift, or just want to stay ahead of the tech curve, the Galaxy S24 FE looks like a decent buy. And if you’re a gaming or photography buff, Samsung has the hyper-realistic gaming experience and low-light portraits powered by Samsung’s ProVisual Engine in store for you.
