Whenever there’s a new phone in town, the most immediate predecessor starts seeing discounts. We know that Huawei P20 will be coming to Kenya very soon and it seems Avechi wants to clear the shelves in readiness for the new kid on the block.
As of this writing, you can score the Huawei Mate 10 on the online retailer at just Kshs 60,499, only five months since it started selling in Kenya. The Mate 10 launched locally in November 2017 as a Jumia exclusive priced at Sh 80,000, which means Avechi’s offer will save you a cool Kshs 20,000 off the recommended retail price (RRP). Just so you know, the phone’s price on Jumia and Safaricom’s Masoko hasn’t changed, at least as is.
As for what you are getting, Huawei Mate 10 ships with a 5.9-inch QHD display screen with the usual 16:9 aspect ratio, Kirin 970 chipset, 4GB RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, a dual 20MP + 12MP main camera, 8MP selfie shooter, a massive 4000mAh battery and Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
