Samsung’s Galaxy A30 has a new software update available for Kenyan units. This isn’t your usual monthly security patch, but it does bump the patch level to the latest version available – June 2019.
Perhaps the biggest change the software brings to the Galaxy A30 is the addition of a slow-motion video recording mode to the camera app. This feature is no longer limited to the premium Galaxy handsets, but you’ll have to reset the camera app’s settings in order to activate it.
Another improvement targets the compatibility of third-party apps like Telegram. For some reason, multiple devices in the Galaxy A series had developed issues with Telegram compatibility, but the latest A30 update takes care of this bug.
Sorry about that. Your phone has an issue with its file system, we're waiting for Samsung to resolve it. Try using Telegram X in the meantime. https://t.co/ikJW9QuDin

As usual, the update, which is arriving as version A305FDDU2ASE5 and weighs in at about 460MB, includes system-wide bug fixes and stability improvements for the device.
According to the device’s support page, the update has been available over the air since June 7, so you should have received the download notification by now. If not, head over to the Settings app and find the Software update option. In there, select the option to Download and install manually and that’s it!
