Android Messages Beta program
FacebookTwitterWhatsApp

Most Android smartphones come with a pre-installed SMS app that is usually not Android Messages. However, for those who are familiar with this Google-owned messaging app, there’s some good news for you.

As of this writing, you can join the Android Messages beta program through the Google Play Store. The process is as simple as before, where you only need to find the Android Messages app in the Play Store and scroll down to where you see Join the beta.

Android Messages Beta

Tap on JOIN and you are in, at least after going past the confirmation prompt. However, note that beta software is usually unstable and not the best for day to day use, so choose wisely. On the brighter side, being part of the beta program grants you access to new features ahead of everyone else, which is pretty cool for those who enjoy living on the edge.

To join Android Messages beta program, click on the link below. You can also use this same link to download the free app if you haven’t yet.
