Last week, the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), the transport industry regulator in the country, invited qualified companies to bid to roll out a new digital fare system. According to the NTSA, the new system will be mandatory for all Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) in the country.

Is it the best approach?

Chenze, Dickson and Nick explore this in the latest episode of the 24Bit podcast.
