There’s no lying that the cameras on the Infinix Zero X Pro are some of the best that Infinix has ever put on a smartphone.
While the word “best” is relative and is easily thrown around in reviews and other such product coverage, in this case, the Zero X Pro not only has the best image sensors we have seen on an Infinix smartphone, yet, but it also has the best-in-class camera hardware.
The latter conclusion is courtesy of a test run by tech site UberGizmo just as the Infinix Zero X Pro was getting to the market.
In the test, which also included the standard Infinix Zero X, the Zero X Pro trumps rival smartphones such as the Oppo F17 Pro and Oppo F19 Pro, the Realme 8 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy A52. The global variant of the Redmi Note 10 Pro from Xiaomi, which is available locally like the Galaxy A52 and which is the Zero X Pro’s technical equivalent as far as camera hardware is concerned, was also not spared.
The Zero X Pro and its sibling the Zero X top the list, making a strong case for the Zero X series’ camera hardware prowess in a crowded market and in the various price segments they are in.
“The 52.92 mm² primary camera sensor of the Zero X Pro is larger than most competitors and stands at the upper range of what we found in this group of cameras (52.92 mm² vs. 40.96 mm² vs. 30.72 mm²). While there are a couple of other cameras with similarly sized sensors, the Zero X Pro is the only 52.92 mm² sensor supported by Optical Image Stabilization (OIS),” notes UberGizmo in its findings.
