Samsung has started rolling out the Android 13 One UI 5.0 update: Here’s when your Galaxy device will get it

It has been a long time coming, but it is finally here, the One UI 5.0 update based on Android 13 has finally been rolled out after weeks of testing and beta runs. To kick off the rollout, the Exynos 2200 versions of the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra will receive the update first, which should then be followed soon after by the rest of the eligible devices.

For those who were part of the beta version of the Android 13 test run, Samsung will push out a small update that brings your device to the stable release version. On the other hand, if you are running Android 12 on a device eligible for the Android 13 rollout, the One UI 5.0 update is 2.8 GB with the firmware version S90xBXXU2BVJA.

To download the update, head over to Settings > Software Update, then tap and install.

At the time of writing, the update is ready for rollout in a few European countries, namely, Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and the UK with the rest of the European countries expected to receive it in the coming days. For the rest of the world, a week’s delay is a likely estimate.
