Samsung is set to launch its 2024 flagship smartphone series, the Galaxy S24 series, at an event in California on 17th January, exactly 2 weeks from today.
This was confirmed today by a “public invitation” from the company.
“A revolutionary mobile experience is coming. Get ready to discover a new era full of possibilities with the latest Galaxy innovations, designed to transform how you live, connect and create. The new Galaxy S series will set a higher standard for the most intelligent mobile experience yet,” the company says in the invite.
A promotional video accompanying the invitation hints at a slew of AI smarts in the latest Galaxy smartphones.
The Galaxy S24 series will be taking over from the Galaxy S23 series from last year.
Recurring leaks show that the devices in the series will remain largely unchanged as far as their physical design goes with most changes expected on the software front where Samsung is expected to go all in on AI which is currently the “in thing”.
