This is the vision that partnerships like the one with BetMGM could bring to life, and it wouldn’t be the first time X has defied expectations. It isn’t long ago that KOX were celebrating receiving Elon’s dollars, although this facade has since faded away like it never existed.
It’s public knowledge that Musk’s ambitious plan for X goes beyond mere social media. He envisions an “everything app” that integrates news, entertainment, shopping, and now, even gambling. This strategic alliance with BetMGM is a crucial step in that direction, potentially unlocking new revenue streams for X and attracting a wider audience, perhaps including the many gamblers I see every match day on my X timeline. Think about it: X is already a hotbed for sports conversations and commentary.
