Last month, Samsung officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. Immediately, was made available for pre-order ahead of going on sale in the Kenyan market on February 16th (when the pre-order period ends).
While maintaining many of the features that made its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 series, a success, the Galaxy S24 series features several incremental upgrades, some notable new additions that are exclusive to it as well as software features under the Galaxy AI banner that will also be making their way to older Samsung devices as part of the upcoming One UI 7 update.
The How
If you’re interested in being among the first to lay your hands on the Galaxy S25 series, which comprises the standard model, a Plus model and an Ultra model with a stylus (S Pen), you have a few days to place your pre-order.
Here’s how you can do so:

- Select your preferred model: Choose the Galaxy S25 series model that suits your needs. Remember, pre-ordering grants you double the storage at no additional cost. For example, if you pre-order the 256GB Galaxy S25, on delivery day, you’ll get the 512GB Galaxy S25 at no extra cost.
- Choose a payment method: Multiple payment modes exist. However, if you opt to pay for your pre-order using Loop, you will get an instant Kshs 5,000 cash back as soon as your transaction is completed.
- Complete the pre-order process: Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your pre-order.
- Confirmation: After completing your pre-order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and the expected availability date.
Alternative Pre-Order Options
For those who, for a reason or another, prefer in-person service, that is available at authorized dealer stores (Samsung branded) across the country. At these outlets, one can physically place their pre-order for any of the Galaxy S25 series devices.
Besides Samsung’s official microsite, other e-commerce platforms from partners can also be used to make pre-orders with the same perks applying.
