Oppo is set to bring its latest Reno smartphone, the Reno 4, in Kenya later this month.
The Reno 4 is the successor to the Reno 3 which was announced just half a year ago.
The device was announced in July and has since been making its way to various markets around the world.
The Oppo Reno 4 features a fresh new design, dubbed Reno Glow, maintains the same focus on the cameras as its predecessors and ditches MediaTek’s chipset for a Qualcomm one, the Snapdragon 720G, a high-performance mid-range processor.
The screen size, memory and storage capacity as well as the number of cameras, remain unchanged between the Reno 3 and the Reno 4.
The Oppo Reno 4 will be made available in two colour options: Galactic Blue and Space Black.
While we do not have pricing details at the moment, going by its pricing in other markets, we expect the Oppo Reno 4 to stay within the Kshs 40,000 – 45,000 range.
There’s no word on whether the Reno 4’s pro variant, the Oppo Reno 4 Pro, will be making its way to the Kenyan market, at least on an official basis. Given what we’ve seen before, we probably already have the answer to that.
