Smartphone brand realme is set to announce yet another smartphone, the realme C12, on Tuesday, November 10.
The launch of the entry-level smartphone will coincide with that of another realme device: the realme 7i.
Whereas the realme 7i is expected to offer users some of the best technology that realme has to offer, on a budget, the realme C12, like other C-series realme smartphones, seeks to reach out to users who aren’t looking to spend as much on a smartphone.
It follows in the footsteps of the C3, C11 and C15, the other C-series realme smartphones that the brand has so far availed in the Kenyan market.
Specifically, the realme C12 is expected to undercut the C15 in price, expanding the options to anyone considering realme’s attractive entry-level smartphone lineup.
The realme C12 features the same 6.5-inch HD+ display found on the C15, the same mammoth 6,000mAh battery, the same chipset and the same geometric gradient design. Where it compromises is on the number of camera sensors which have been cut down to 4: 3 at the back headlined by the same 13-megapixel sensor found on the C15 and 1 on the front, a 5-megapixel shooter.
The realme C12 and the realme 7i launch will be streamed live on realme’s and pages.
