A new partnership between Safaricom and Showmax will see subscribers of the former eligible for two months of streaming on the latter platform for the price of one.
Under the partnership, Safaricom subscribers will get data bundle deals offered to them (at discounted rates) with every purchase of a 2-month Showmax subscription.
Those going for Showmax’s mobile-only subscription package, Showmax Mobile, will get it (valid for 60 days) inclusive of 1 gigabytes of data from Safaricom for Kshs 389. Those going for the Showmax Pro subscription package will get it at Kshs 1,299 with 3 gigabytes of Safaricom mobile data.
The deal is available till 31st March, 2022. Obviously, it is exclusive to Safaricom subscribers.

- Select either a Showmax Mobile (2 months) + 1GB data or Showmax Pro Mobile (2 months) + 3GB data
- Create an account or sign in using your email address and password
- Enter your Safaricom mobile phone number and click on next.
- Enter your M-Pesa PIN on your phone to approve your payment
- You will receive an SMS confirming payment – and you can start watching
