Recently, Safaricom ambushed us with a surprise announcement of something called Safaricom Hook.

What is it? How does it work? Who is it for? Why does it exist? Does its existence mean the end of the existence of Blaze, the youth-focused Safaricom sub-brand that had been around for more than half a decade?

While those are questions that ideally would best be answered by someone from Safaricom, Chenze, Dickson and Nick took the opportunity presented by their latest podcast recording to try to answer them based on their understanding of the coverage given to Hook on their respective blogs over the last few weeks.
