After updating 13 devices between January and March 2024, Xiaomi has confirmed that it will be bringing its latest HyperOS experience to even more devices in Q2 2024. The company’s Indian division has announced an expansion of the HyperOS update, and the list of beneficiaries includes the Redmi 13C series, Redmi 12, Redmi 11 Prime 5G, and Redmi Note 11 series.
This promised update will bring performance boosts and new features of HyperOS to even more budget phones, demonstrating Xiaomi’s commitment to providing software updates for its affordable devices. While a specific release date wasn’t revealed, this wave of updates is scheduled to land between now and June 2024.
Owners of flagship devices like the Xiaomi 11 Ultra, Xiaomi 11T Pro, Xiaomi Mi 11X, Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge, Xiaomi 11 Lite, Xiaomi 11i, and Xiaomi Mi 10 are also in line for an HyperOS update. Similar to the Redmi Note 11 series and co., these devices are also in line for Q2 2024 rollout alongside the productivity-focused Xiaomi Pad 5.
