Kenyans should brace themselves for a brief interruption of Equity Bank’s digital services this weekend. The bank has announced that it will be conducting system maintenance on Friday, October 25, and Saturday, October 26.
During the maintenance periods, customers may experience intermittent downtime when using the Equity mobile app, online banking, *247#, Eva chatbot, and EazzyBiz. However, the bank has assured customers that ATMs, cards, POS, Equitel, agents, and cash deposit machines will remain operational. This system upgrade will happen on Friday, October 25, from 11:00 p.m. to Saturday, October 26, 1:00 a.m., and again on Saturday, October 26, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
