Heads up Stanbic Bank Kenya customers! The bank has announced a scheduled system upgrade from 7:00 pm on Friday, 18th October, to Monday, 21st October 2024. That’s three full days of interrupted services — so make sure you’re prepared in advance.
During this period, most Stanbic services will be temporarily unavailable, which means your regular banking activities like checking account balances, transferring funds, or paying bills online might hit a snag. But you’ll still be able to use your credit and debit cards as usual.
We will be conducting a scheduled system upgrade, from the 18th of October from 7.00 pm to the 21st of October 2024. During this period, our services will be temporarily unavailable. However, our card services both credit and debit will be available.
This could be a good opportunity to clear out those pending transactions before the system goes dark. Need to send money? Pay bills? Stock up for the weekend? Better handle it all before the clock strikes 7:00 pm on the 18th.
