Users of Nokia phones – feature phones and smartphones – can now breath easy. This is after the brand recently announced the extension of warranty on the devices by 60 days.

“Our Repair and Returns services are experiencing some disruption in wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. To ensure we can still deliver on our promise, we are extending the warranty on your Nokia phone by 60 days,” reads a statement on Nokia’s website.

The announcement is an extension of another one the brand had made earlier extending any expiring or expired warranties by 45 days. This recent announcement extends that further by 15 days.

Users of Nokia phones that had their warranties expiring anywhere between March 15 and May 15 are covered under the arrangement and can take advantage to get their devices sorted out at authorized Nokia service centres near them.
