New buyers of Samsung’s Galaxy Z series of smartphones in Kenya are in for a treat.

The company has recently made public its introduction of a Samsung Care+ offer on the said devices that will see buyers who register for the offer within 30 days of purchase access free screen repair services for a period of up to a year after purchase.

“This means you get free registration and the peace of mind of screen repair protection by authorized service technicians and genuine Samsung parts,” a statement from Samsung Electronics reads.

The offer runs until January 31st, 2022.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3, the two devices covered in the offer, were unveiled back in August and became available in the Kenyan market a month later.

As part of Samsung’s ongoing Christmas sales promotions in the country, the two devices have been discounted to Kshs 115,000 for the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Kshs 205,000 for the Galaxy Z Fold3. At launch, pricing started at Kshs 210,000 for the Fold3 and Kshs 123,000 for the Flip3.
