I still have a dream that Safaricom, Telkom, Airtel, and other Kenyan carriers will one day allow their seasoned customers to buy phones and pay for them in monthly installments. But until then, companies like Aspira Kenya are doing a great job filling that void.
Following in the footsteps of Lipa Later that already works with multiple outlets in Kenya to offer consumers an easy way of owning smartphones and other products they desire, Aspira Kenya has partnered with Xiaomi Kenya to offer fans a chance to buy any available Xiaomi product and pay for it in monthly installments. Aspira Kenya also works with Avechi Kenya on a similar program.

In case you didn’t know, Aspira Kenya has an Android app available in the Google Play Store. With the app, you can sign up for an account, apply for financing, calculate your monthly payments, shop from Aspira’s retail partners, see how much you owe, repay your loan, view schedules to your loans, and so on.
It’s even possible to apply for multiple loans, which allows you to get a new product while still servicing your old loans. But of course, you must first submit your registration for approval before you begin enjoying the services of Aspira Kenya.
