EMUI 10 has finally arrived for the last member of the Huawei P30 family, the Huawei P30 Lite.
The device, which has been available in the country since the same day that its more well-known siblings Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro went on sale in the country, had been left behind as the duo became the very first devices to get EMUI 10.
Since late last year, Huawei has been testing EMUI 10 on the P30 Lite with some select users.
EMUI 10 is Huawei’s custom take on the latest Android version, Android 10 and, as we have shared before, brings with it several upgrades to features that already exist on Huawei devices while also introducing newer ones that Google has availed with Android 10.
The update, which clocks in at just under 4 gigabytes, has been sighted in Sri Lanka but should be on its way to devices in other regions as well over coming days.
Besides the standard version of the Huawei P30 Lite, in October last year, Huawei availed a new version with a 48-megapixel back camera in Kenya to add on to the 8 and 2-megapixel sensors that can also be found on the standard variant. Elsewhere, the company has availed the “New Edition” P30 Lite with double the flash storage (256GB).
