24Bit episode 29: The amazing Oppo Reno5

How often do we have with us a smartphone that just about ticks all the boxes?

The Oppo Reno5 may just be one of the few smartphones we have reviewed over the years that manages to tick almost all the boxes. “Almost” because, at Kshs 42,000, it is not exactly as affordable as we would want but hey, that’s the price you have to pay for a good thing.

Besides, we are supposed to look at the Reno5 from the point of view of Kshs 60,000 and 50,000 smartphones since it does wipe the floor with the competition at its price point and it’s rather unfair to view it from the point of view of popular midrangers in the local market which, should be taken good care of by the Reno5’s sibling, the Reno5 F and other Oppo offerings.

Listen to Chenze, Dickson and Kanali dissect a device they have been using for over a month now and try to convince you that it just might be what you are looking for.
