Infinix is gearing up to launch yet another smartphone, soon.

The Infinix Hot 10T, the latest member of the Infinix Hot 10 series, is set for its local unveiling early next month, a few days away.

This comes barely weeks since Infinix unveiled yet another member of the Infinix Hot 10 series, the Infinix Hot 10 Play (pictured above) we recently reviewed.

The news also comes hot on the heels of the brand’s recent win at the iF Design Awards where its 2020 flagship device, the Zero 8, was feted for its incredible design.

Given that we have already seen the Infinix Hot 10 series for months, why do we need to see yet another member added to it?

The answer may lie in the features being floated at this time which include a 48-megapixel camera set up at the back, a first not just for the Infinix Hot 10 series but the entire Infinix Hot series (right?).

The Infinix Hot 10 and the Infinix Hot 10 Play have had 16 and 13 megapixel main sensors at the back. The latter is also what can be found on the Infinix Hot 10 Lite, the only member of the series that we have not had extensive hands-on experience with.

With such a start, everything points to the Hot 10T packing several other improved features and specifications and we should explore those at launch in a few days. Will it have the beefy 6,000mAh battery we saw on the Hot 10 Play?

Most importantly, how will Infinix price the Hot 10T?
